We reserve the right to modify or update our Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes to the Terms & Conditions will be effective immediately upon publication on this website and your continued use of this website represents your agreement to be bound by the Terms & Conditions as stated.

Indigo Thread does not offer exchange or refund for change of mind as most items are made to order. We will gladly exchange if items are faulty. Please contact us if necessary.

Most items are made to order so please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive, however we will try to get your item to you as quickly as possible.

All our products are handmade and therefore can differ slightly from product to product so the item you receive may look slightly different to the photo, however we do our best to make sure the photo is as accurate as possible.
