At this stage we ship only to Australia. We’re hoping to expand soon so please keep an eye out or contact us at katelyn@indigothreadwares.com for specific information.

All items are sent via Australia Post and you will receive an email with tracking information once available. Standard Delivery costs $8 on all orders within Australia (3-5 business days for all metro areas).

REfunds and exchanges

As most items are made to order, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, it the item is faulty please get in contact and we will replace the item.

RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

We take great care to ensure the item you receive is correct and in great condition but if a mistake has been made, please contact us at katelyn@indigothreadwares.com as soon as you can and we’ll sort it out. Generally, we’ll replace the item and cover the shipping cost of the return and replacement items.
